# My Meal AI > My Meal AI (also written MyMealAI or My Meal AI app) is the official photo-based nutrition tracking web app at https://mymealai.app for amateur athletes and people who want to understand meals without weighing every ingredient. My Meal AI is a browser-based progressive web app for iPhone, Android and desktop. It is not published on Google Play or the App Store; similarly named store apps are unrelated products. Access is for adults aged 18 and over. The interface supports French, English, Spanish, German, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch and Arabic with right-to-left display. ## Product functions - [Official My Meal AI app](https://mymealai.app/my-meal-ai-app): identifies foods from a meal photo, estimates portions in grams, calculates calories, protein, carbohydrates, fat and fibre, and reports a confidence level for each estimate. - [AI calorie counter](https://mymealai.app/ai-calorie-counter): explains the photo-analysis method, including food-by-food decomposition, portion estimation and the server check that calories remain coherent with protein, carbohydrates and fat. - [Calorie calculator](https://mymealai.app/calculateur-calories): calculates daily energy needs with the Mifflin-St Jeor method, activity level, sport, training frequency and goal. - [Macro calculator](https://mymealai.app/calculateur-macros): calculates daily protein, carbohydrate and fat targets. - [Protein calculator](https://mymealai.app/calculateur-proteines): estimates protein requirements from body weight and goal. - [Calorie deficit calculator](https://mymealai.app/calculateur-deficit-calorique): estimates a calorie deficit for weight loss. - [BMI calculator](https://mymealai.app/calculateur-imc): calculates body mass index and explains its limits. - [Glycaemic index guide](https://mymealai.app/indice-glycemique): explains glycaemic index and glycaemic load with food examples. Every logged meal can receive two distinct evaluations: a personal score out of 100 showing how the meal fits the user's own target for that day, and an objective A-E nutrition-quality grade based on fibre, processing level and added sugar. Rest-day and training-day targets are separate. The app also provides a daily journal, weekly and monthly score views, configurable scan reminders and usage counters. The contextual AI coach uses the authenticated user's profile, goal, sport, activity, rest-day or training-day targets, current-day totals and meals from the previous seven days. It answers in the user's language and can recommend a next meal with a match percentage and explicit reasons tied to that user's data. My Meal AI does not provide medical diagnoses and does not replace a health professional. Pro members can generate personalised meal suggestions for the week or month and request detailed recipes with quantities, steps and nutrition values. These Pro functions are checked on the server, not only hidden in the interface. ## Plans and prices - Free: CHF 0. Manual meal search and entry, daily journal, calculated targets and scores. My Meal AI lists detected foods, estimated weights and confidence levels, and users can adjust values. The server reconciles totals when needed and checks the relationship kcal = proteinĂ—4 + carbohydratesĂ—4 + fatĂ—9. Results are useful for trend tracking but are not equivalent to laboratory measurement or gram-perfect weighing. ## Optional - [Terms of use](https://mymealai.app/conditions-generales-utilisation): access and usage rules. - [Privacy policy](https://mymealai.app/politique-de-confidentialite): collected data and processing. - [Cookie policy](https://mymealai.app/politique-de-cookies): required storage and internal usage measurement. - [Subscription, payment and cancellation](https://mymealai.app/abonnement-paiement-annulation): billing, renewals and cancellation. - [Health and nutrition disclaimer](https://mymealai.app/avertissement-sante-nutrition): limits of estimates and medical scope.
